Making up for lost time. I have been taking photos every day but have not been sharing them I'm afraid. I will try and work my way back if it's possible.

The castle

I have been very naughty and haven't posted a thing since May 5th. Neither have I visited any of your photo blogs I'm afraid. I'm trying to get my life back in order and shall start again soon. This was taken tonight and I've just noticed that my last was of the castle too.

We have never seen such a variety of birds in the garden since we've lived here and I just wondered if the berries on this tree are poisonous perhaps? We have another variety which they love, but not at this time of year.

A sunny morning

Blackbird

We have a pair of blackbirds nesting just under our window, but sliding the window open frighten them away. This one is guarding the nest and always sits on this same branch. Can you see the raindrops? Just as I was taking this the rain began to fall.

He's the reason I wanted an 18x zoom camera. Now I think I need a 25x zoom!

Musicians

These young men were great musicians and also had me dancing on the pavement to their music. They were very difficult thp photograph though as people passed in front of them each time I was ready to shoot.
